Refund /Exchange Policy

Some orders can be Refunded or Exchanged within 5 days of delivery if the following conditions are met: 

Any product that has been Used or Opened DOES NOT QUALIFY for a Return/Refund & Exchange.

Please DO NOT CUT THE LACE, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging 

Cost of shipping for exchanges or refunds will be paid by the client.


Ship returned products via insured or traceable method of shipment to the Returns Address that we will provide to you. And when you ship out the items, please send us the picture and email the tracking number to us also. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we’ll further inspect the items and your refund will be processed.

In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back WITHOUT our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.


Exchange products would be shipped again in 3-5 working days.
If you choose a Refund then as soon as we have received the returned order we will do a refund into your account via EFT within 7 to 10 business days.
